The individual will provide overall program leadership, ensuring effective delivery and governance of ERP initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing complex program execution and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of experience in ERP project management, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud implementations in the public sector. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates in the DMV area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP program or project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Public-sector ERP modernization experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program leadership for the ERP modernization initiative.
• Own project governance, scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Manage vendor staffing using a ramp-up / ramp-down model.
