Responsibilities

• Lead evolution and improvement of HR platforms, focusing on Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Collaborate with HR product owners to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Bring new ideas and proactively identify opportunities.
• Simplify processes with scalable, innovative approaches.
• Guide solutions from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Consider cross-platform integrations, data, automation, and AI.
• Provide leadership across configuration, testing, releases, operations.
• Lead teams including employees, contractors, partners.
• Coordinate with Data, IAM, Security on cross-boundary solutions.
• Address technical debt and automate recurring processes.
