Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Time & Absence modules, including configuration, prototyping, and testing to meet client-specific business needs.
• Knowledge of designing and optimizing business processes to minimize future maintenance efforts and ensure process efficiencies.
• Experience with packaged solutions, including process design, product customization, and functional design.
• Experience facilitating business process sessions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Experience with Oracle HCM best practices and sharing knowledge with clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Oracle HCM processes within modules to meet client objectives.
• Provide end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create functional design documents detailing configurations and customizations.
