Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to implement, configure, test, and support business processes across HCM modules, aligning with client requirements. You will partner with clients to deliver effective, scalable solutions.

You will work on configuration, prototyping, reporting with OTBI, and integration while guiding the project lifecycle from discovery to production support. This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Time & Absence expertise, configuration, prototyping and testing.
• Experience designing and optimizing business processes for efficiency and maintenance.
• Experience with packaged solutions, including process design, customization and functional design.
• Facilitation of business process sessions to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM best practices and sharing knowledge with clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn modules to meet client business objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive support across the project lifecycle to achieve client outcomes.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead, you will specialize in the implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support of business processes within various modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Implement Business Processes: Configure, test, and troubleshoot business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn modules to meet client business objectives.
• Provide Comprehensive Support: Deliver support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client-expected business results are achieved.
• Write Functional Design Documents: Create functional design documents that outline the configuration and customization of the system to meet client business requirements.
• Test and Integrate Processes: Test processes and integrate them into the clients' business environment to ensure seamless functionality.
• Write Preliminary Reports: Write preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

• Packaged Solution Proficiency: Experience with packaged solutions, including process design, product customization, and functional design to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Consulting Skills: Experience with facilitating business process sessions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that align with client needs.
• Oracle HCM Best Practices: Experience with Oracle HCM best practices, including sharing knowledge with clients and identifying opportunities for additional services.
