IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect (Benefits/Absence/Talent Management/Payroll) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role can sit anywhere in the United States, reflecting the flexible, nationwide opportunity.

You will provide technical oversight, engage with clients to drive profitable outcomes, and design scalable HCM solutions using HDL/HSDL tools and Oracle templates. Collaborative leadership and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle HCM across multiple clients.
• Hands-on experience in HDL Conversions, Transformation fast formulas, and HSDL Loads.
• Experience in HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Custom payroll flows.
• Experience in setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules – FSM and BPM.
• Experience building Benefits, Absence, Talent Management and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for estimates, WBS, statements of work, and industry-standard estimating techniques.
• Support client engagements with portfolio knowledge and ensure alignment with offerings for profitable revenue growth.
• Act as a technical interface to clients and develop business opportunities with positive financial outcomes.
• Build quality solutions and advise on AST offerings, designs, and implementation approaches.
• Identify opportunities for new or follow-on business and assist in change orders.
• Contribute to project plan and work breakdown structures.
• Develop and refine solution design models using standard modeling languages and AST toolset.
• Collaborate with client staff during requirements and implementation to resolve issues.
• Maintain and report on implementation status, risks, estimates, and schedules.
• Assist with solution proposal, design reviews, risk analysis, and client presentations.
