Job summary

International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to drive implementation and optimization of Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation across client environments in the US. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into configuration, and provide end-to-end support from design through rollout.

The role requires 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM lead or similar role
• 5-7+ years implementing Oracle Cloud HCM
• Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, OTL, Payroll modules
• Experience with public sector clients is a plus
• Experience with patch testing, impact analysis and testing
• Able to lead full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organized and detail-oriented

Your Role And Responsibilities

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead with 5-7+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud
• Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, ideally experienced with Absence, OTL, Payroll modules also
• Experience with public sector clients like state governments, counties and cities, considered a plus
• Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, perform impact analysis and testing
• Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing
• Assist clients with business requirements and suggest changes for process improvements
• Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
• Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills

• Oracle Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications, including configuration, customization, and integration with other Oracle products.
• Multi-Platform Design: Experience with designing technical solutions that can run on multiple platforms, composed of multiple software packages, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Security Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with quality, performance, availability, and security standards for Oracle Applications, ensuring solutions meet these requirements.
