Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll, Benefits & Compensation module configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Design and configure business processes to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance.
• Create functional designs and prototypes; perform payroll parallel testing.
• Educate clients on Oracle HCM best practices and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Customize Oracle HCM Payroll products to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consult on best practices for Oracle Cloud Payroll configurations.
• Be an expert in configuration and management of Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications.
• Provide guidance on payroll business processes and implementation.
• Support definition and validation of payroll-related conversions.
• Publish weekly status reports to the project management team.
• Coordinate efforts between module resources to implement optimal client solutions.
• Act as Oracle Cloud Payroll SME to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Create and update test scripts for functional testing.
• Maintain system processes and documentation; suggest procedural changes.
• Assist with continuous process improvement and best practices insights.
• Provide support in key processes (monthly payroll accruals, garnishments, etc.).
• Collaborate with technical streams on integrations, conversions, and reports.
