Job summary

UCSF is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to provide senior-level leadership for its Oracle Cloud HCM environment during the stabilization phase after go-live. This role manages a team of 7-8 professionals, aligns priorities with business stakeholders, and drives issue resolution and ongoing optimization.

• Experience in post-go-live stabilization and optimization.
• Strong executive presence and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 7-8 Oracle Cloud HCM professionals.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for ongoing support and stabilization.
• Prioritize workload, escalations, and resource allocation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align with organizational needs.
• Serve as primary liaison for leadership and executives.
• Communicate issues, risks, priorities, and resolution plans.
• Oversee optimization and enhancement of the HCM platform.
• Ensure incident management processes are followed.
