Job summary

Infovity Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Functional Lead to drive implementations and client engagements from USA locations. The role requires hands-on configuration, solution design, and mentoring cross-functional teams.

You will act as SME, manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate with offshore teams, and drive end-to-end delivery with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Implementation / Support experience in Oracle HCM.
• 5 implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM as Core HR lead functional consultant.
• Experience managing implementations, accounts, or consulting teams.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Oracle HCM Core HR.
• Lead Oracle HCM implementation and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements, document those, perform fit/gap analysis and map to Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Configure systems, create functional design documents, develop and document test scripts.
• Provide functional consulting, solution design, and best practice recommendations.
• Manage customer relationships, project delivery, and team coordination.
• Drive project governance, issue resolution, and delivery excellence.
• Coordinate with offshore functional and technical teams across phases of the implementation.
