The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of related experience, with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM modules. You'll be responsible for customer service support, issue resolution, and collaborating with technical teams, making this role essential for driving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support.
• Worked in at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud projects as a Functional consultant.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, and Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Provide customer service support and resolve functional issues.
• Document business requirements, configurations, and test scenarios.
