Our client is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist for a remote opportunity.

Role Description

This role involves working on an ADM engagement for the second-largest staffing company in the USA. The focus is on Paybill solutions used in the staffing domain. You will collaborate with business users and IT experts to support the Oracle fusion landscape, including Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance, PPM modules, 100+ integrations, and complex PaaS extensions. The position offers an opportunity to demonstrate expertise in improving business and IT processes.

• Ensure smooth operation of Fusion application project costings, contracts, and billing processes.
• Assist business users with troubleshooting issues related to customizations and functionality.
• Advise on the impacts of new features released quarterly by Oracle.
• Provide production support for PPM and Finance issues or process flaws.
• Coordinate with Oracle on vanilla solution issues.
• Drive process efficiencies.

Skills & Requirements

• 12 to 14 years of experience as a Functional SME.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting PaaS solutions to meet requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM modules: Project Costing, Contracts, Foundation, Resource Management, Billing.
• Good understanding of the staffing domain.
• Prior experience with PeopleSoft Paybill is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
