Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst (Core HR)

We are seeking a talented Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst - Core HR to join our team! This full-time role offers subject matter expertise, advisory, and implementation support within Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada; however, travel will be required during critical project phases.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a client-facing advisor during Oracle HCM implementation projects.
• Build trust with clients, project teams, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead design and discovery workshops to gather business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
• Configure Core HR modules based on business needs and lead related testing activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features to recommend optimal solutions.
• Develop understanding of key integrations with Core HR.
• Collaborate with team members on configuring Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Travel during key project phases as needed.
• Coordinate efforts across business lines and with AST consultants to deliver the best solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or HR Management.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Core HR implementation or 1-3+ years in Oracle HCM Managed Services Support.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Global HR or other HCM modules is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools like HCM Extracts and HDL is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
