Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Work cross functionally.
- Establish project teams, define roles and responsibilities, and create communication plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the ERP system and/or Oracle Cloud meets organizational requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on budget variances.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the project team is adequately staffed and trained.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Proactively address issues to keep the project on track.
System Implementation:
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of the ERP system and/or Oracle Cloud.
- Ensure data integrity and seamless integration with existing systems.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation experience required as a SME, PM, PGM, or consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
