Peloton offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to play a hands-on role in a new, high-growth practice area.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding and assessing a client’s current talent processes and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle’s best practices and organizational goals.
2. Collaborating internally and with clients to develop both high-level and detailed implementation plans.
3. Gathering and analyzing business requirements using a consultative approach.
4. Aligning business requirements with leading practices to implement technical solutions supporting business goals.
5. Advising clients on optimizing their talent processes within Oracle Cloud HCM Core, including recommending and refining business processes.
6. Contributing to continuous improvement of Peloton’s processes and intellectual property.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience in HCM.
• Active certification in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• At least 8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including two full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience supporting HR functions such as Benefits, Talent, Payroll, or HR Generalist roles is preferred.
• Ability to understand HR concepts and recommend technology configurations.
• Consulting experience in HCM systems integration or management consulting is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
• Alignment with Peloton’s culture and values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, a “can-do” attitude, and effective communication.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Knowledge of additional HCM modules such as Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk.
• Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance issues (GDPR, ITAR).
• Experience with benefits, absence management, and security.
• Mentoring junior staff.
