Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud Absence Senior Consultant, you will leverage your domain, functional and technical expertise to support the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP HCM/Benefits modules, focusing on Absence Management. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will guide clients through the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence projects. You will drive meaningful outcomes for clients and mentor the next generation of consulting talent.

This role is open to candidates across the United States.

Guide clients through Oracle-delivered functionality while advising on best practices;

Work with clients onsite or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM;

Map business processes to delivered functionality, document client requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing;

Collaborate with peers to improve delivery models for maximum value and efficiency;

Communicate effectively and manage project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence projects;

Maintain strong client relationships;

Mentor junior associates to support their professional growth and contribution to company success.

Keys to your success

Oracle certification;

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional lead role;

Oracle HCM Absence Cloud experience;

Knowledge of Absence processes;

Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;

Self-driven with effective workload planning and prioritization;

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with clients and peers;

Experience with other cloud modules is a plus.
