We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead our strategic partnership with Oracle. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong relationships within the Oracle ecosystem.

JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Application Sales Leader

Location and Residency Status: United States / Remote

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Technologies and Compliance Industries, experience in forming and managing successful alliances, and strong leadership skills in acquiring new business.

Sell Quantisage's future AI products and Oracle services (ERP, EPM, CX, Supply Chain, HCM) in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Create, present, and sell value propositions via phone, internet, and in-person meetings. Manage pipeline and opportunities in CRM application.

Additional points for healthcare, life sciences, Pharmaceuticals, and Compliance Industries experience and connections.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in building and managing strategic alliances with Oracle.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and the Oracle partner ecosystem.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing P&L and leading sales teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with both direct sales and partner sales models.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle and other ERP applications.
  • Experience in both on-premises and cloud based ERP solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oracle Alliance Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global Oracle alliance strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Oracle's sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Oversee the process of participating in Oracle partner programs, such as the Modern OPN program and Cloud Catalyst program.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including pipeline generation, sales enablement, and co-selling activities.

Partner Ecosystem Development:

  • Expand the partner ecosystem related to Oracle Cloud applications, with a focus on ERP, EPM, and SCM SaaS applications.
  • Enable partners to effectively transition from on-premises to cloud-based solutions
  • Align Oracle's executive sales team with partner executives to drive joint opportunities
  • Manage P&L with a focus on delivering high-impact Oracle services.
  • Achieve revenue goals, recruit top talent, and provide career coaching and sales execution mentoring
  • Improve organizational alignment across key partners, including Salesforce, AWS, Boomi, and Snowflake.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive joint activities and achieve shared goals.
  • Architect customer solutions that optimize Oracle Applications investments and drive business process improvements.
  • Provide strategic alignment with customers across diverse industries and company sizes.
  • Lead sales and business development strategies for small to mid-size companies, emphasizing cloud-based Oracle solutions.
