Techno-Functional Oracle ERP Developer

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. based)

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Our client is a global manufacturing and distribution leader and seeking a Techno-Functional Oracle ERP Developer to support and enhance its enterprise systems. This role serves as a strategic bridge between technical solutions and functional business needs, particularly in discrete manufacturing and inventory operations. You’ll engage directly with business users, analyze requirements, and deliver customized ERP enhancements across Oracle modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between functional stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design ERP solutions
• Lead the configuration, customization, and development of Oracle ERP modules with an emphasis on inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Develop forms, interfaces, workflows, and dashboards across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with operations and IT leadership to identify process improvements and system efficiencies
• Provide support and technical leadership across ERP applications, including Oracle EBS and Maximo
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both the functional and technical ERP layers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP development with exposure to both technical coding and functional design
• Familiarity with Oracle Inventory, Order Management, or Manufacturing modules
• Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, XML/XSL, Java, and scripting languages
• Experience supporting or configuring SAP Plant Maintenance is a plus
• Strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment
