Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud Absence Senior Consultant, you will leverage your domain, functional and technical expertise to support the design and implementation Oracle Cloud ERP HCM/Benefits modules, with a focus on Absence Management. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will guide clients through the full lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence projects. You will make an impact both by driving meaningful outcomes for clients and by mentoring the next generation of consulting talent.

This role is open to candidates across the United States.

Your day-to-day

• Guide clients through Oracle-delivered functionality while advising them on best practices;
• Work with clients onsite or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM;
• Map business processes to delivered functionality, document client requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing;
• Work with peers to continuously improve delivery models to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence projects;
• Maintain strong client relationships;
• Work with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Oracle certification;
• Minimum of 3 years experiences in a functional lead role;
• Oracle HCM Absence Cloud experience;
• Knowledge of Absence processes;
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
• Self-driven with the ability to effectively plan workload and manage competing priorities;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers.
