Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Benefits Consultant

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Remote working but there could be some ADHOC travel

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with a strong background in Core HR and Benefits Management to lead a full-cycle implementation project. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, configuring systems, executing testing, and supporting go-live and post-production phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Benefits modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business process gaps
• Design, configure, and implement solutions for:
• Employee lifecycle and HR policies
• Job profiles and organizational structures
• Security roles
• Benefits plans, eligibility rules, and life event processing
• Integrate Core HR and Benefits with payroll systems and third-party providers
• Drive unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date project documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations with a focus on Core HR and Benefits
• In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations, workflows, and transactions
• Preferred: Oracle Cloud HCM Certification (e.g., Core HR Implementation Professional)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues effectively
• Team-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
