Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to join our Oracle unit in the United States. You will implement and configure Core HR, Self Service, and Payroll cloud, driving discovery, re-engineering business processes, and leading production deployments and integrations.

You will work on data migrations, OTBI reports, and Fast Formulas, collaborating with the development team to deliver scalable ERP customizations while ensuring security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Self Service modules for enterprise clients.
• Experience configuring Oracle HCM Payroll cloud and related modules.
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, OTBI and data integration concepts.
• Experience in production support, upgrades, incidents and integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirement specs.
• Define and develop solution architecture, drive customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement ERP customizations and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop complex integration workflows between ERP and external apps; lead data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization and security/compliance initiatives.
• Create detailed documentation and lead user training workshops.
