Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director of Oracle Financials & Platform Engineering to set and own the Oracle strategy across ERP, EPM, integrations, and security. You will partner with Finance to align business outcomes with technical roadmaps and control frameworks.

You will lead a growing team of engineers and administrators, drive platform modernization, and govern licensing and vendor decisions in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, EPM, and OIC architecture and controls.
• Hands-on with REST/SOAP, FBDI, and data integration tools in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Experience leading large Oracle implementations and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Set Oracle technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for ERP, EPM, and integrations.
• Own Oracle Cloud Financials platform, security, and governance with Finance lead alignment.
• Lead Oracle licensing, contracts, and vendor strategy; manage integration architecture.
• Oversee Oracle database administration, availability, patching, and DR in line with standards.
• Build and scale the Oracle team, define roles, and develop future leads and managers.
