• Requires 12+ years in enterprise applications/finance systems with 8+ years hands-on Oracle ERP Financials/EPM

Responsibilities

• Set Oracle technical strategy and multi-year roadmap across ERP, EPM, integration, and DB platforms.
• Own technical administration of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and EPM applications.
• Lead Oracle integration architecture with core banking, HR/payroll, and procurement via OIC and APIs.
• Own Oracle security architecture, controls, and audit trails in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Lead release management, testing, monitoring, and disaster recovery for Oracle environments.
• Build and scale the Oracle delivery team, defining roles, skills, and succession paths.
