Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Principal Solution Engineer to lead the design and implementation of accounting platforms, General Ledger data flows, and enterprise financial integrations across Cloud Core Banking, Oracle ERP, and related systems.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, product owners, engineers, security, and architects to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that enhance financial integrity and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years in tech roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale financial systems and data integrations.
• Strong API- and event-driven, cloud-native integration experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead solution architecture for Finance modernization initiatives.
• Design end-to-end accounting data flows and reconciliation processes.
• Define secure, scalable integration architectures using APIs and cloud services.
• Establish patterns and standards for financial data governance and controls.
• Mentor engineers and promote platform reuse and delivery excellence.
