Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks a Director of Oracle Financials & Platform Engineering to set the strategy for Oracle ERP/EPM across the organization. You will own the Oracle Cloud financial applications suite, platform, and integrations while Finance manages business processes and outcomes.

You will lead the enterprise Oracle team—covering Financials engineering, integration, and database administration—driving the technical roadmap, licensing decisions, and governance in a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set Oracle technical strategy and multi-year roadmap across ERP, EPM, integration, and databases.
• Own Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and EPM platform, security, and environments.
• Own integration architecture between Oracle and enterprise systems using OIC, APIs, and FBDI.
• Deliver Oracle data to enterprise data platforms using BICC, Fusion Data Intelligence, APIs.
• Lead release management, testing, monitoring, and disaster recovery for Oracle environments.
