Job summary

Inspire seeks a Director, Financial Systems to own the strategic vision and integration of our Oracle Cloud Financials, ERP, and EPM platforms. Based in our Global Support Center in Atlanta, this role requires onsite work 80% of the time and close collaboration with Finance and IT to support reporting and budgeting needs.

You will lead system implementations, drive data governance, and partner with executives to define the technology roadmap for multi-brand, multi-currency environments.

Qualifications

• Must understand Finance business functions and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and related modules is required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, evaluation, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Suite for accounting and finance.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specs and communicate delivery status.
• Manage data governance, metadata, and CoA hierarchies across the org.
• Support period close processes and facilitate go-live activities.
