Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Director of Financial Systems to lead the strategic vision and implementation of our Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM platforms within the Controllership organization.

Based in our Global Support Center in Atlanta, GA, this role requires onsite work ~80% and interfaces with Finance, IT, and business leaders to drive data governance and process improvements. Formación

• 4 year degree in Management & Information Systems or Computer Science
• 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in a similar function and high growth environment
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation, evaluation, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Suite related to accounting and finance departments
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and communicate delivery status to business stakeholders
• Act as liaison between Accounting, Finance, PMO, EPMO and IT teams
• Manage data integrity, including metadata and EDM, Chart of Accounts and hierarchy structures
• Develop and maintain SDLC documents, test plans, training plans, and end user guides
• Support period close processes and ensure reporting continuity with minimal disruptions
• Drive special projects such as acquisitions integrations and SOD remediation
