Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Oracle ADW Analyst to implement and enhance ADW, manage data refresh from HCM to the Data Lake, and support HR projects with cloud configurations.

In Akron/remote, you will analyze workforce data, develop analytics reports in Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle HCM, and collaborate across teams to deliver insights and project documentation.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a bachelor’s in a related field, and strong SQL scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Math, Human Resources, or a comparable field is required.
• 7+ years of experience. Experience with Oracle Report Developing, including BI Publisher, reporting, and analytics.
• Recent experience performing statistical analysis, reporting, data collection, and report generation is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Oracle ADW environment, including refreshing data from HCM to the Data Lake.
• Develop enhancements and updates within the ADW environment.
• Build custom scripts using SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Work on a team to complete work caused by a post-Oracle HCM migration.
• Create and develop workforce analytics reports in Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle HCM.
• Provide data and analysis for team meetings and other assigned projects.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to understand trends and provide insights.
• Manage assigned projects, including defining requirements, analysis, and documentation.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to help implement and enhance Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and to perform complex analysis, forecasting, modeling, tracking, and reporting of workforce data. This role will manage the ADW environment, including refreshing data from HCM to the Data Lake. This position focuses on the technical configuration of the cloud environment to support Human Resources projects and broader business initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with Data Model Reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Data Lake environments.
• Deep experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud products, including Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Advanced experience with Excel and/or Access.
