Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Oracle AHCS SME to design and implement a strategic Accounting Rules Engine and Oracle Cloud Finance GL integration. You will lead data ingestion, transformation, and inbound interface development across ODI, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and SQL, while collaborating with Finance stakeholders.

The role emphasizes end-to-end integration design, performance optimization, and delivering technical documentation and guides for deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Financials technical implementation experience.
• 5+ years with Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS) technical work.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integration technologies and data architecture.
• Proven ability to design and support AH interfaces.
• Expertise in ODI, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, FBDI, SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise integrations and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS) Technical SME to support the design, development, integration, and implementation of a strategic Accounting Rules Engine and Oracle Cloud Finance GL platform. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end integration architecture, source data ingestion, data transformation, interface development, and reporting. This role provides the specialized Oracle expertise needed to accelerate implementation and reduce technical risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end integration architecture supporting Oracle Accounting Hub and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Lead technical design and development activities across Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, FBDI, SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
• Design and develop source data ingestion frameworks, source-to-target mappings, and transformation logic for AHCS.
• Develop, validate, and support Accounting Hub inbound interfaces while onboarding multiple source systems.
• Design and optimize accounting and reconciliation data models, developing complex transformations.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, perform root cause analysis, and monitor integration performance.

Design and develop operational and financial reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Data Intelligence (FDI).

• Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Financials technical implementation experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS) technical experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integration technologies and data architecture.
• Proven experience designing and supporting Accounting Hub interfaces.
• Expertise in ODI, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, FBDI, SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
• Experience developing and supporting large-scale enterprise integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and Financials Cloud.
• Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouse and analytics solutions.
• Understanding of audit, SOX, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion General Ledger and DevOps practices.
