You will set high standards, anticipate surgeons’ needs, manage pre-, intra-, and post-operative tasks, and maintain instrument logistics while upholding strict safety and infection-control procedures. This role requires flexibility for 24/7 shifts and strong teamwork in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position.
• CRCST certification preferred; must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist in operating room and sterile processing support.
• Set and maintain high performance standards for staff and peers.
• Pre-Operative Setup: verify video and surgical equipment works and arrange monitors per surgeon preferences.
• Intra-Operative Support: ensure proper connection/operation of equipment and address supply needs.
• Post-Operative Turnover: collect and inventory instruments for cleaning and sterilization.
