Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CRCST or Certified Surgical Technician preferred and must be obtained within 120 days for some accounts.
• 2–5 years of face-to-face customer service experience.

• Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate in OR support role and anticipate staff and surgeon needs for excellent service.
• Perform pre-operative setup and verify video and surgical equipment functionality.
• Provide intra-operative support and promptly address supply needs.
• Oversee post-operative turnover, instrument collection, and sterilization readiness.
• Maintain instrument decontamination, inspection, assembly, wrapping, and sterilization standards.
• Keep surgeon preference cards current and accurate.
