Connected Surgical is hiring an Operating Room & Sterile Processing Support Specialist to assist minimally invasive surgeries and manage the sterile-processing workflow. Training is provided, and certification support is offered.

No prior OR experience is required; candidates from hospitality or customer-service backgrounds are welcome. The role includes rotating on-call duties and a path to management within the company.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain sterile-processing certification within 12 months of hire.
• No prior operating-room experience required; paid training provided.
• Relevant healthcare or service background welcomed, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support minimally invasive procedures in the OR.
• Prepare OR and gather equipment for each case.
• Confirm surgeon's equipment needs before cases.
• Provide equipment support during procedures.
• Troubleshoot video systems and equipment.
• Maintain inventory and records of instruments.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Participate in rotating overnight, weekend, and holiday call.
