Ensures on-going compliance with JCAHO/CMS accreditation and State Licensure requirements.* Shares knowledge of functions and standards to assist others in planning improvements; communicates information; designs materials and education programs; teaches; encourages recognition of achievement.* Acts as a clinical resource and mentor/preceptor to staff working within the service line.
