Baptist Health Lexington is seeking an OR Service Coordinator for the CT/Vascular service line. This role supervises workflow and staff within Surgical Services, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and either RN or Certified Surgical Technician credentials (or 15 years as a Surgical Technologist). The ideal candidate will focus on improving service efficiency, coordinating equipment, and mentoring

• Manage room turnover and daily surgical scheduling; ensure staff coverage during breaks.
• Monitor budgetary goals and ensure equipment/supply needs are met for patient care.

OR Service Coordinator (CT/Vascular)### OR Service Coordinator (CT/Vascular)Apply: Lexington, KY: Full time: Posted Today: R26109187**Summary****Job Description:****OR Service Coordinator (CT/Vascular)**Full Time I First ShiftSurgical Services I Lexington, KYBaptist Health Lexington Surgical Services Department encompasses several key areas: the Pre-Op Department, 20 operating rooms with a business office staff responsible for scheduling, a Postoperative Care Unit, an Endoscopy Department with dedicated pre- and post-op areas, and a Sterile Processing Department.**Description:*** CT/Vascular Service Line Coordinator.* Provides supervision of workflow and staff for service lines within the Department of Surgical Services.* Assures the provision of patient care by addressing performance, patient, family, and physician issues/concerns as appropriate. Ensures on-going compliance with JCAHO/CMS accreditation and State Licensure requirements.* Shares knowledge of functions and standards to assist others in planning improvements; communicates information; designs materials and education programs; teaches; encourages recognition of achievement.* Acts as a clinical resource and mentor/preceptor to staff working within the service line.
