Baptist Health Lexington is seeking an OR Service Coordinator to supervise ENT/Plastics/Urology service lines and ensure efficient workflow in Surgical Services. The role coordinates equipment, staffing, and room turnover to sustain high-quality patient care in a busy perioperative environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 5 years of experience, and RN or CST certification (or 15 years as a Surgical Technologist). A supportive team and ongoing education are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience in surgical services or related field.
• RN or CST certification, or 15 years as Surgical Technologist with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workflow and staff for ENT/Plastics/Urology service lines.
• Coordinate equipment and supplies, interface with vendors and directors.
• Monitor schedules, allocate staff, and ensure patient care standards.
• Update preference cards and coordinate room turnover between cases.
• Provide coaching, disciplinary actions, and staff competency assessments.
