Baptist Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 2F/G Surgical/Telemetry unit. This full-time role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and involves high-performance, team-oriented patient care on a 30-bed unit with continuous cardiac monitoring.

The RN will provide direct patient care, perform rounds, support admissions/discharges, and educate patients and families while coordinating individualized treatment plans and collaborating with the care

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required by department.

Responsibilities
