Job summary

Care Career is hiring an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Naples, Florida. We seek experienced RNs to join a hospital-based surgical services team across night, weekday, and weekend day schedules.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Minimum of one year of operating room nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• ALS certification.
• EPIC EMR experience.
• Must complete EPIC assessment on first day of employment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to participate in on-call coverage.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients in accordance with standards.
• Develop and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team.
• Anticipate procedural needs and assist during surgeries.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in handoffs and continuity of care between shifts.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
