Next Move Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Naples, Florida. This hospital-based role focuses on comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical services environment.

You'll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The position offers three 12-hour weekday shifts, competitive hourly pay, on-call and shift differentials, and potential sign-on/relocation

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or APRN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience.
• Current BLS, and ALS/ACLS certifications.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Must complete Epic competency assessment on first day.
• Strong clinical skills in perioperative nursing and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care per standards and protocols.
• Independently plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and identify risk factors.
• Assist and coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR.
• Deliver thorough handoffs and mentor new staff.
• Participate in on-call coverage and quality improvement initiatives.
