Care Career in Naples, Florida is seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses (OR RNs) for full-time, permanent roles across night, weekday, and weekend day schedules. You will plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative nursing care, collaborating with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure patient safety and high-quality care throughout procedures.

The ideal candidate has recent OR experience, good autonomy, and willingness to participate in on-call coverage.

Competenze

• Active Florida RN license.
• At least 1 year OR nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ALS certifications.
• EPIC EMR experience and assessment on day one.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness for on-call coverage.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients per standards and policies.
• Assess needs, develop care plans, implement interventions, evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia team for safe care.
• Anticipate needs during procedures and ensure safety.
• Administer medications following protocols and dosages.
• Maintain timely EMR documentation and patient handoffs.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Precept and mentor junior nurses as appropriate.
