Job summary

Next Move Healthcare in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a hospital-based Surgical Services team. You will provide perioperative care during night shifts, planning and evaluating patient care with minimal supervision.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure safe, efficient patient care, while meeting OR standards and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license is required and a minimum of 1 year OR experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Epic EMR experience is required and competency assessed on day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff.
• Maintain Epic documentation and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Participate in on-call coverage and handoffs between shifts.
