Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Weekend OR/PACU RN in Nashville, TN to join Ovation Fertility. The role involves weekend shifts, with 4-hour guarantee per day and coordination with the patient care team.

You will evaluate patients pre- and postoperatively and administer anesthesia-related care in a high‑quality, patient‑centered setting. Candidates should have an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 2–3 years in PACU or OR settings, with strong clinical assessment and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 2–3 years of PACU/operating room clinical experience preferred.
• Strong technical and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to formulate patient care plans.
• Perform initial preoperative assessment and plan of care.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a WeekendOR/PACU RN to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Nashville, Tennessee.

• Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, with schedule times being dependent upon the case load (4 hour guarantee each day), with holidays required that fall on the weekend of work

In this role, the WeekendOR/PACU RN will:

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to formulate patient care plans and identify patient care problems
• Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery
• Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
• Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed
• Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members

Qualifications and Skills Include

• Active RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
