Job summary

USPI's Flagstaff Bone and Joint Surgical Center is hiring an OR Nurse Manager to lead the operating room team, manage daily workflows, and ensure exceptional patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

The role collaborates with physicians and administration to maintain compliance, staffing efficiency, and high-quality outcomes, while leveraging EMRs and scheduling systems to support a fast-paced surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona required.
• BSN preferred.
• 3-5 years of Operating Room nursing experience required.
• Previous leadership or management experience in an ambulatory surgery center or surgical setting preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with orthopedic surgical procedures preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage staff, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and surgical scheduling systems preferred.
