Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor for Banner Surgery Center – Camelback in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees clinical operations, staff supervision, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality patient care in a four-OR facility.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, strategic staffing, mentorship, and driving process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of clinical care as normally obtained through the completion of an associate’s degree in nursing, health care or related field.
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice. BLS and ACLS required. PALS certification required within 90 days of start date.
• Must possess a strong knowledge of clinical operations with 1-2 years of experience related to patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provides and facilitates patient centered care and patient flow and serves as a resource to employees for clinical and managerial support.
• Assists with development of budgets and ensures that targets are met.
• Hires, leads, mentors, develops, and evaluates staff to promote engagement and retention.
• Promotes change and participates in process improvement and quality management activities.
• Directly reports nursing and other clinical staff.
