Job summary

Flagstaff Bone and Joint Surgical Center is seeking a Charge OR Registered Nurse to oversee the daily operating room operations and clinical staff. You will lead the surgical team, coordinate staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have Arizona RN licensure, 3–5 years OR nursing experience, BLS and ACLS, and a BSN preferred. This is an on-site position at the Flagstaff, AZ facility within USPI.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona required
• BSN preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Leadership or management experience in ambulatory surgery center preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OR operations and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for the surgical team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
