St Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center is seeking an Operating Room Nurse Manager to oversee OR operations across multiple specialties at a busy outpatient facility in Arizona. The role includes leadership over anesthesia and sterile processing, ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Five (5) years' experience in surgery as circulator.
• Two (2) years' experience in surgery management which includes pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care.
• Current Arizona RN License- BLS
• CNOR preferred- Independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
