Flagstaff Bone and Joint Surgical Center is seeking a Charge OR Registered Nurse to oversee the daily operating room operations and clinical staff. You will lead the surgical team, coordinate staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.
Ideal candidates have Arizona RN licensure, 3–5 years OR nursing experience, BLS and ACLS, and a BSN preferred. This is an on-site position at the Flagstaff, AZ facility within USPI.

The Charge OR Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the operating room and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role provides leadership and support to the surgical team, coordinates staffing and scheduling, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborates with physicians and administration to maintain excellence in patient outcomes and operational performance.
