United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) seeks an Operating Room Nurse Manager for its St Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center in Phoenix. The role oversees all OR functions, coordinating surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing to support the center's mission and goals.

The candidate should have a nursing degree, an active Arizona RN license, CNOR preferred, and 5 years in surgery with 2 in management. bilingual English/Spanish a plus. USPI offers strong benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all departmental functions to support hospital mission and goals.
• Identify cost-effective systems and manage resources.
• Maintain relationships with patients, physicians, staff, volunteers, and vendors.
• Improve customer satisfaction and employee involvement.
• Coordinate with senior management to meet facility goals.
• Oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Act as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as needed.
