Pscfl is seeking a Nurse Manager – OR to provide leadership for the operating room and ensure day-to-day operations, fiscal productivity, and high performance teams. You will support the health system mission and uphold standards of care and ethics.

Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing staffing and payroll, identifying process improvements with LEAN tools, and ensuring quality patient care and staff engagement in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Competenze

• BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License Compact (eNLC) - active and in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR - American Heart Association BLS - active and in good standing throughout employment.
• 3–5 years of RN experience in an acute care healthcare environment.
• 2–4 years of Operating Room RN experience.
