Live Well Homecare is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager Operating Room to lead daily OR operations in a busy surgical environment. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating patient care plans, and guiding professional development to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, payroll reconciliation, and performance reviews, while ensuring adherence to clinical policies and maintaining nursing excellence across the department.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the OR, including staffing and patient care activities.
• Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and foster professional development.
