Qualifications

• RN licensure is mandatory.
• 2-5 years nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, respond to business changes, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Coordinate patient care plans based on assessments and medical treatment, ensuring documentation compliance.
• Oversee staff productivity, operational efficiency, and support team collaboration.
• Lead staff meetings, manage payroll, and handle communication with team members.
