Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks an experienced OR Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations across General OR, Cardiac OR, Orthopedic OR and Ambulatory Surgery. You will lead nursing teams, allocate resources, and collaborate with surgical and anesthesia leadership to optimize patient care and OR performance.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and commitment to staff development, performance evaluations, and regulatory compliance. This position is on-site in Baltimore.

Qualifications

• BSN from a CCNE-accredited program.
• Active Maryland RN license.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• National nursing certification.
• 3–5 years of progressive OR nursing experience, including supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations across General OR, Cardiac OR, Orthopedic OR and Ambulatory Surgery.
• Lead and support 3 Assistant Nurse Managers and up to 120 FTEs.
• Manage operating and capital budgets and address financial variances.
• Improve OR utilization, case turnover, and patient throughput.
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and hospital leadership.
• Support staff development, clinical advancement, certifications, and education.
• Conduct performance evaluations and promote a culture of accountability.
